We just got back today from a trip to the "cupcake" cabin on Camano Island. Just me and the boys. They had a good time constructing this lean-to on the beach yesterday. This morning it was all gone except 3 of the support poles which they had dug deep enough not to wash away. The cupcake cabin is an awesome little cabin at the end of the beach with a sweeping view of Puget Sound. The weather was fabulous!

Scary photo I know. Cooper having lost two teeth much sooner than his older brothers (they didn't lose any until about 3rd grade) is showing off the loss. (Channeling Dad again with that look?) After the tooth fairy failed to remove the second tooth from it's green silk hanky home under his pillow he informed us "The Tooth Fairy forgot" Luckily she suddenly she had a relapse and that same morning and was able to slip a few coins in the room while he was in my bedroom reading to me.

This is all Karen's fault! I just wanted to post a comment on her blog and here I am starting one myself. Well about me. Mom of 3 boys living in Seattle--been here over 20 years and that still doesn't quite make me a local. I grew up in Idaho in a family of 8 (Karen being one of them). I am the registrar at a local middle school which I totally love. In my spare time I mess around on the computer. Must have some spare time about now!
